Involved in the development and testing of an online recruitment portal for the Ministry of Defence (a country in Western Europe)
Results:
Implemented a process/system that allowed generic functionalities with all Tri-service (Army, AirForce and Navy). These allowed cutting back on wastage and streamlined recruit experience.
